The Federal Government of Nigeria has renewed its bid to recover stolen funds from all companies and individuals who participated under the crude oil swap and offshore processing Agreements with NNPC.
To hasten the Mutual Legal Assistance between Nigeria and the UK National Crimes Agency, the Buhari Administration has engaged the services of a UK based investigator.
The Government is not happy with the slow pace of prosecution and confiscation of properties of Former petroleum minister Mrs Deziani Alison MADUEKE and her accomplices.

It has become imperative to engage an expert who is part of the UK system to hasten the process, the statement reads.

The Federal Government of Nigeria will recover and return all stolen funds and assets from any jurisdiction it says.
This is in furtherance of the Next Level of the Buhari Administration as nobody will be spared
